We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £3.95.

Enjoy FREE UK delivery when you spend £50 or more.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods.

Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thecommonnook.co.uk, including your order number and photographs of the item.
